About Ryan Mercer
Ryan Mercer is a U.S. Army veteran and former Company Commander more than a decade of leadership and logistics experience.
He started his service as an ROTC Cadet in the University of North Georgia Corps of Cadets and he completed his B.A. in Military Science.
He has following on-field experience:
- Company Commander: Led 150+ personnel in daily operations, crisis protocols and logistical coordination with civilian contractors from 2021 - 2024 in Fort Cavazos, TX.
- Logistics & Operations Officer: Directed base level supply chain systems, transportation networks and readiness strategy from 2018 - 2021 in Fort Bragg, NC
- Platoon Leader: Managed more than 40 soldiers in field operations and emergency response exercises from 2017 - 2018 in McChord AFB, WA.
- ROTC Cadet: Well trained in small unit tactics, field leadership and military ethics from 2013 - 2017.
He also completed coursework in Defense Infrastructure at American Public University to deepen his understanding of strategic operations and installation management.
Based on his on-field experience, he learned significant operational excellence and team leadership. His mission is now sharing those lessons to those people who is interested or related to military field.
